Processing Time
All orders ship within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase.

Free Shipping
Orders over $150 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders Under $150
Orders under the $150 threshold will be charged a flat shipping rate based on a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box. This helps us account for the wide range of product sizes—from tiny earrings to boxed piercing tools.

Note: We recognize that not all orders will perfectly match the size of a Medium Flat Rate Box. This flat rate keeps shipping simple and consistent for now, but we’re actively exploring more dynamic shipping options in the future.

Shipping Delays
Once your order is in the hands of the postal carrier, Kaunis is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and keeping an eye on tracking updates. All packages are insured, and a claim can be filed with the carrier if an issue arises. However, Kaunis is not responsible for the outcome of the claim process.
