Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges – Wholesale Orders

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our studio, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send replacements or issue a refund for affected items.

Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are generally not accepted. However, in rare cases where a return is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

The Earring Sample Pack is non-refundable.

All sales are considered final once shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

To report damages, please email photos and your order number to shopkaunis@gmail.com.
